Our Value
Our Logo
Our logo implies “Global Collaboration”, which is our “Core Competence”.
We are continuously developing cloud BPO (Business Process Operation) system and cloud BPM (Business Process Management) system to support our services.
The use of Cloud BPO and Cloud BPM creates a workplace environment that allows all parties and authorized colleagues to easily and smoothly work from anywhere, at any time.
Our Vision
“Sheep in the pasture”
Grassland symbolizes a good business model.
The sheep symbolize Talented People.
Good business model + colleagues who make the most of their talents
Tens of thousands of employees use their talents on the grass of Evershine.
Good Business Model:
Recurring Income should be provided for business items so that employees can feel at ease to work here.
Providing high quality services to maintain a customer retention rate of over 90% every year. We cherish, protect and take pride in our company.
Talented Colleagues
Compassion is central to the interests of all our stakeholders.
Let employees customize their career planning according to their talents.
Value Added Group Salary: Paid at 50% of net income (Salary + Social Benefits)
Our Goal
Bigger: Specialized services in 100 major cities around the world, including company registration, accounting, tax compliance, and payroll compliance.
Stronger: US$66,000 (approximately 2 million NTD) per person per year in value added (revenue minus partner).
Our collaborate culture
Each member of the Evershine team is an ordinary person, but together we can achieve international standards of service.
“One man chase a thousand, or two put ten thousand to flight” When two people work closely together, their productivity increases 5 times.
The power in teamwork:
From Peter Drucker’s management philosophy: “Don’t expect to hire an all-round genius, because such people are rare.” Integration is needed between colleagues.
From the client’s point of view, we have a multi-directional function to deal with complex issues, but from the point of view of each colleague, no one person is particularly competent.
We need to work together as a team. Only a few people can learn to serve in a short period of time and can easily be duplicated and replaced by competitors!
Encourage lifelong learning:
Every employee should have the spirit of lifelong learning and develop job competence.
Our competitiveness comes from the accumulation of all our colleagues’ job competencies.
Responsibilities = Country Specific Regulations (Payroll + Tax + Investment) + Language (English + Chinese + native language) + Accounting + Audit + Cloud BPO System + Information Security + Communication Skills + Task Management Skills (BPM) + Marketing & Branding + Client List & Services.
Considerable Communication
If anyone get first-hand information, we should think of other people who need the information and pass it on to them as soon as possible.
We use the Cloud BPO system and Cloud BPM system to allow people who have first-hand information to input information easily and smoothly, then deliver the information to them in a timely manner.
When a practice error occurs, all team members are responsible for it. No need to try to find out which individual colleague is responsible for the error. Instead, find out how to fix it quickly. And how to prevent it from future recurrence?

Personnel Arrangements without Boundaries
With our focus on “Global Collaboration” we have a very flexible approach to staffing that meets the needs of our customers.
*Internal colleagues and external partners co-exist.
*Full-time and part-time employees co-exist.
*Both office and home office can be arranged.
Employees of our clients, internal staff and partners work together through a cloud-based collaborative operating system.
Playful Growth Philosophy
Enjoy exploring and go forward with caution!
No intention of moving forward randomly!
But not deliberately not moving forward either!
Never lose the drive to explore, but cautiously move forward.
Moving forward is where creativity comes from!
Lifelong learning Never go out of style!
Keep exploring at an affordable risk!
Then work schedule will not be excessive or be overburdened!
Not rejecting clients we can serve, but not accepting clients for whom it is not appropriate!
Although customers have urgent needs that require overtime, normal business needs are not designed to be fulfilled by overtime!
Would it be tiring to build a service network of 100 cities around the world? No! Because we don’t set a date, we just work hard to get there in 5 or 20 years!
Code of Conduct:
Showing love and helping customers grow.
Showing love and help our colleagues to grow.
Showing love and make yourself to grow.
We love to help our customers grow.
The client’s interest is our priority. If we have not yet reached the level of expertise and do not have qualified consultants to consult with, avoid taking on business that may harm the client.
If clients or their staff are interested in learning more about our area of expertise, we will be happy to counsel them.
If a client’s non-compliance with the law or management principles hinders the “sustainable operation” of the company, the client should take the initiative to discuss the matter with his or her supervisor and accountant, who will make recommendations to the person in charge of the company.
When counseling clients, clients and staff should be prepared to be briefed many times to fully understand what is going on.
We believe that by actively helping clients grow, we can reap the rewards of our work and that the growth of clients will lead to the growth of our firm.
We love to help our colleagues grow.
We must understand the characteristics of the service industry in which we operate, including A: service and production occur at the same time, and B: service quality must remain stable. Only if every member of the firm has a good service attitude and a professional service level can we stay in the service industry.
Our colleagues must be willing to share their knowledge and expertise with other colleagues. Only by doing so can the firm’s professionalism be maintained and enhanced.
Colleagues should know they may have to speak many times and may have to explain things in different ways in order for other colleagues to fully understand your ideas.
When supervisors and senior staff explain the tasks of junior staff, they should not only tell them what to do but also teach them why to do it. In case unable to respond to changes in the situation and misapplying laws and regulations, which may cause harm to customers.
We love to make yourself to grow.
We must be aware of the rapid pace of change in the external environment, especially in the service industry. The only way to keep up is to keep pushing yourself to grow.
We must think carefully, be open-minded, and listen patiently.
* Think carefully: In the course of your work, ask yourself “Why do you do this? Why don’t you do that? and try to get answers from books, colleagues, supervisors and friends.
*Be willing to take advice: The firm’s CPA, managers/associate managers, and senior staff provide introductory training sessions from July to December every year. If you are available to attend these sessions, please do so.
*Listen patiently: The first thing you need to do is to listen patiently to what others have to say, even if you already understand it.
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to get to the top in one step; instead, little by little, over time, growing in a systematic way.
Realize that by helping your customers to grow and your colleagues to grow, the individual coaching and public instruction you provide will lead to your own rapid growth, and you will be the one who benefits the most.
