Dale Chen: There are 4 main different features
1: The overseas subsidiary has its own website; it is not affiliated with the parent company’s website.
2: It is an advertisable website; not a static website.
3: The website is search engine optimized (SEO) so that it will be found even when no ads are placed.
4: Real links; relevant industry organizations or official websites have real links to each other to prove that they are trustworthy websites.
In summary: Affiliate independent websites + advertisable pages + SEO + real links.
Keith:: Why do overseas subsidiaries need to have separate websites?
Dale Chen:
Even if a multinational company has only one website for its parent company, there are many subsidiaries overseas that occupy only a small portion of the official website. In order to combine online and offline international marketing, each subsidiary should have its own website, adding local language with local mindset to the marketing.
Usually the parent company plans and designs the website, and invites the management team of the subsidiary to have their own website under the supervision of the parent company’s policy.

Dale Chen:
There are 2 main elements.
1. Each page has a contact person.
Usually a visitor decides within 30 seconds on a web page whether they want to be contacted or not. If you expect visitors to go to contact us to find you, unless your service or product is “unique” and must be yours, this is not an advertisable website.
2. The content of the site is written from the customer’s perspective.
The content of the website must be presented from the perspective of the customer. In addition to being useful, it should also include stories, sharing and dialogues. In particular, it should be written in a language that is familiar to the client.
All in all, the website is the most important foundation, it should be an advertisable website, not just a static website.
