當外資公司僱請在地國員工,因在在地國沒有設立任何個體,直接從海外母公司支付一筆款項給在地國員工,該筆款項通常包括薪資及費用,這造成在地國員工的困擾。如果要全數報薪資,事實上費用應該要折減,但不能折減,個人所得稅就多繳了;如果不報薪資,因為是在在地國境內提供勞務,就是漏報個人所得稅。

When a foreign company hires a local employee because it does not have any entity established in the local country and makes a payment directly from the overseas parent company to the local employee, the payment usually includes salaries and expenses. This has caused a few problems for employees in the local country.
If the full amount of salary is to be reported, the cost should be discounted, but in fact it cannot be discounted, then personal income tax will be overpaid. If you don’t report the salary because the service was provided within your country, it becomes an omission of personal income tax.
